Why we built TLC
TLC started from a simple frustration: IT teams and agencies were paying freelancers by hand — juggling spreadsheets of bank details, chasing invoices, and calculating TDS one transfer at a time.
We thought contractor payouts deserved a real system. One place to onboard freelancers, tie payments to milestones, deduct and track TDS, and settle over UPI, IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS — with the compliance that regulated money movement demands.
So we built TLC for the Indian market: a single dashboard and API for contractor payouts, designed to stay dependable as your roster and volumes grow.
